Description of the Works

The work comprises gutter repairs above the main entrance lobby to resolve a leaking gutter. The programme for the works is as follows (please note that this weather dependent):

  1. Scaffold Erection – 10th October 2024.
  2. Roofing Works – 14th to 16th October 2024.
  3. Scaffold Dismantling – to Follow.

Access to the building will be maintained during the works period; however, there may be minor access restrictions when the scaffolding is being erected / dismantled as operatives will be working overhead. There also likely to be some noise, but this will not be significant.

Timescale

The works will start on 10th October 2024 and working hours are from 0800 to 1700.
